2010 Porsche Cayenne GTS “Porsche Design Edition 3″
The German Porsche introduced a limited edition of its luxury SUV, Cayenne GTS. The new car is called “Porsche Design Edition“.
After the Cayman S “Porsche Design Edition 1″ and Boxster S “Porsche Design Edition 2″, the Stuttgart based company is launching the Cayenne GTS “Porsche Design Edition 3″.
If we have a side look to the car, the crossover has opted for a gray paint, called “Gray Metallic Dish”. The sports look of the Cayenne is improved by the decorative strips on the fenders, hood and 21 inches rims called “SportPlus”. “The designers at Porsche Design Studio also add bi-xenon headlights with black smoke.
Considering the interior, this limited edition has an exclusive black leather trim with red stitching on the dash and the door panels.. A signature “Porsche Design Edition 3“, adorns the tachometer and chopsticks door sill.
The performance of the engine is totally improved, the Cayenne GTS has 4.8-liter V8 engine generates about 405 horses. Coupled with the Tiptronic S six speeds gear box, it allows the SUV to accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in 6.5 seconds with maximum speed of 251 km / h.
Finally the German manufacture will produce only 1000 cars of The Cayenne GTS “Porsche Design Edition 3″. The SUV will be revealed at the end of May 2009 with an expected price of 95.882€.
